Myth: I am not in good enough shape to do the 30 Minute Hit circuit. 

Fact: Our circuit is highly modifiable and accessible to all levels of fitness! With a wide range of abilities and ages, the Hit is ready to welcome you!

Myth: I need boxing/kickboxing experience before I can do 30 Minute Hit.

Fact: No experience is required! From your very first workout you will have a qualified trainer by your side to teach, support, challenge, encourage and motivate you! 

Myth: 30 minutes is not enough time for an effective workout.

Fact: 30 minutes is all you need! With each HIT workout you’ll burn hundreds of calories, and continue to do so for up to 24 hours! 

Myth: Boxing is a men’s sport

Fact: Boxing and kickboxing workouts are incredibly effective for women. Our circuit is designed just for women, so you get the exercises your body needs for maximum benefit. It is an excellent workout for burning fat and calories, but you’ll also build strength, gain cardiovascular health and endurance, learn self-defence, and feel empowered and less stressed!

Myth: Boxing only tones your arms, not your whole body. 

Fact: Your punching power starts from your legs and core. Because of this, boxing works your arms, shoulders, chest, back, core, AND legs! You’ll be feeling the burn everywhere with this workout! 

Myth: Gyms are competitive, judgmental, and intimidating.
