High-intensity training, which also goes by the acronym HIT, is a form of strength training popularized in the ‘70s and has since come a long way in health and wellness. Exactly how it sounds, HIT offers high-intensity workouts, each completed in a brief amount of time. At 30 Minute Hit, we offer 13 stations where you can focus two minutes of your time on a specific muscle group until you hit the 30-minute mark. With countless training options, we keep things fresh and fun, so you are left feeling empowered, never burnt out.
You might also be familiar with high-intensity interval training, HIIT, which is a subsection of HIT, and follows the same kind of workout pattern, just turned up a notch. This is a strenuous exercise that is typically performed by giving it all you’ve got! If you are comfortable performing at this level, we have our skilled trainers there to keep your motivation level high as you move your way through each station.
